Easter – Saturday and Sunday in-between Good Friday and Easter Monday
Christmas – 25th to the 29th December.
(Note: Last day for drop offs/pickups is 24th December and then first day for drop offs/pickups is 30th December)

Note if any booking dates coincide with the above dates the booking will be treated as holiday / peak season. Like a hotel no refunds or credits are given during holiday & peak season periods.
All bookings requested will be confirmed by an email acknowledgment with all the details of your booking

We will process your booking enquiry and reply to you ASAP. If it is an urgent booking request please call us on (07) 377 2066 to bring your booking to our immediate attention.
- For all confirmed bookings you are required to drop off and pick up your dog(s) on the dates and times stated on your booking confirmation.
- Taupo Pet Lodge reserves the right to charge the whole or part amount for your booking if we cannot re-book your pet’s accommodation – this condition applies to all bookings especially holiday/peak season dates and weekends.
- Full cost of booking will still be charged for early collection at all times.
- Note: Payments by Paywave and Credit Card will incur a 2.5% bank surcharge on total cost of your booking.
