Hi everyone Andy and Emma here, owners of Taupo Pet Lodge.

We have been working towards our goal of owning and running a dog boarding kennel for many years. Andy is a Kiwi, and Emma emigrated from the UK in 1991. In August 2021 we sold our home and business in Auckland to realise our dream here in Taupo.

We are avid animal lovers, and have moved with our 3 dogs; Max, Lucy and Alfie and 5 cats; Mags, George, Mildred, Gemma and Dot to Taupo. We have fostered dogs for Aran Rescue and Saving Hope, as well as financially sponsoring 2 puppies from Assistance Dogs NZ and being an SPCA Guardian.

We will continue to give your companions the very best of care with lots of exercise, social interaction, playtime and most importantly lots of love and hugs. We will go above and beyond to make sure your dogs have the best time ever whilst staying in our care.

We will be active on Facebook posting lots of updates with pictures and videos so you can check in and see what a great time we all will be having, as well as providing updates from our sponsored Assistance Dogs, and the SPCA.
