A Half Day Charge Applies For Afternoon Collections Between 4pm & 5.30pm
Complimentary Bath is provided at the discretion of Taupo Pet Lodge depending on length of stay & weather conditions.

Feeding
We feed high quality Royal Canin complete balanced diet for dogs and also cater to all individual diet requirements provided by the owner.
We give all medication as required and are happy to discuss any special requirement that your dog may have.

Bookings
Full payment is required for early collection at all times.
For bookings of 10 days or more, we require a 50% deposit, due on/ by the check in date. The deposit amount will be deducted from your balance upon check out
Like a Hotel, we are unable to rebook a space at short notice, therefore please make sure you have read and understood our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding.
We will be closed TO THE PUBLIC from the 25th to the 29th December. Boarding facilities are operating during this time for your dog(s).
(Note: Last day for drop offs/pickups is 24th December and then first day for drop offs/pickups is 30th December)
